Dear Anywhere365 V3 Direct Routing Customer

We want to make you aware that the recurring monthly Service Maintenance window will take place on Sunday March 24th.

This is a recurring maintenance window for approximately 2 hours on the Dialogue Cloud platform. The recurring window will always take place during the last weekend of the month. For exact times, please review the table below.
This window will target to update the security patching of the resources.

During this window all Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud UCC and web applications will be offline.

This Service Window will affect the following regions:

This Service Window will affect the following platforms:
V3 Dialogue Cloud Direct Routing

This Service Window does NOT affect or concern our V2 Federation customers.
