Dear Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud user,

We want to make you aware that starting Friday 18-09-2020 at 18:00 UTC, there will be emergency maintenance for approximately 2 hours on the Dialogue Cloud Direct Routing platform.

Our monitoring systems alerted us due to issues with the Azure caching services and our team needs to take action on this.

During this window all Anywhere365 Dialogue Direct Routing UCC's will be operational. Although we do not expect it, there is a slight chance of a short interruption of service.
