Dear Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud user,

We want to make you aware that starting on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at 12:00 UTC, there will be scheduled maintenance for approximately 2 hours on the Dialogue Cloud platform.
This window will be used to upgrade and expand several Azure Kubernetes Clusters.
During the upgrade there will be downtime for Dialogue Routing Service and Dialogue Studio.

This announcement is within the 15 day margin since this is an extension of the maintenance from last Sunday, May 1st 2022. The team encountered some set backs and therefore this needs to be done sooner than expected.

During this window all Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud UCC and other web applications will be operational.
Although we do not expect it, there is a slight chance of a short interruption of service.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Dialogue Cloud V3 (APAC-SEA Direct Routing) and Dialogue Cloud V3 - Dialogue Studio (APAC-SEA - Direct Routing).
