this Service Maintenance window has been cancelled after an assessment of risk and necessity of the actions for this month.
Should there be a critical need for a specific patch from Microsoft then we will need to addres that under Emergency change protocols, but currently we do not foresee a high chance of that being needed.

We want to make you aware that the recurring monthly Service Maintenance window will in November be on Sunday 27th of November.
This is a recurring maintenance window for approximately 2 hours on the Dialogue Cloud platform. The recurring window will always take place during the last weekend of the month. For exact times, please review the table below. This window will be used to update and expand the environment.
During this window all Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud UCC and web applications will be offline.

This Service Window will affect the following platforms: V3 Dialogue Cloud Direct Routing
This Service Window does NOT affect or concern our V2 Federation customers.
