We have detected and identified an issue with the cache for the Contact Search functionality of the Attendant Console for Teams in EMEA.
The issue has been fixed and the services restored. The Contact Search will be slower while the cache is being rebuilt.
This means that for users in EMEA the cache will start rebuilding after the first user attempts a search, this rebuild will take some time for all users, which depends on the amount of items needing to be synced to cache for each customer's Active Directory. To mitigate the impact, we used a backup of the cache so not all searches have to be rebuilt.
Once rebuild is complete all operations will be normalized. This does NOT affect call handling for the services.
