Microsoft intermitted cloud issues could impact Anywhere365 functions
Incident Report for Anywhere365
Resolved
Dear Customer/Partner,

As you may be aware, Microsoft is having intermittent issues with their cloud services which is caused by the large increase in global usage due to the COVID-19 induced push to have people work from home.

Microsoft has confirmed that there are issues, the latest updates are currently posted via the following Microsoft service messages:

TM206559 - Limited Teams functionality
TM206561 - Producer live event control delays
TM206556 - Teams messaging functionality issues

These will be updated as they work on resolving them and should also be visible in your Microsoft Admin Center.

Examples of issues that you may be experiencing are described in for instance: https://venturebeat.com/2020/03/16/microsoft-teams-struggles-as-coronavirus-pushes-millions-to-work-from-home/ or https://twitter.com/MSFT365Status

Customers that are using Anywhere365 in combination with any Microsoft Cloud service (Skype for Business Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, etc), may thus be impacted. Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud itself is operating nominally, but the degraded performance of Microsoft Cloud services on your Microsoft tenant may lead to a degraded Anywhere365 experience as well. Unfortunately, we have no control over the Microsoft Cloud and recommend you work with your Microsoft support contact, monitor your Microsoft Admin Center and follow https://twitter.com/MSFT365Status for status updates.

If there are any issues that you feel are not related to the above, please reach out to our knowledgeable support staff via our portal.
