During the final tests before the release of MT2024.03a, a bug was identified that will cause a delay on the release.
Issue Details: When a customer call needs to be transferred to another party, the receptionist initiates a second call. The customer call should automatically be put on hold, but currently, both calls remain active.
We are working diligently to resolve this issue and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
