Dear Anywhere365 Receptionist for Broadworks Customer & Partner,
We would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window for our Receptionist for Broadworks. During this window, we will update the platform to the new release BW2025.01b
This release resolves an issue with updating joined queues during sign-in, which previously could cause users to be unintentionally signed out from the queue. Additionally, it addresses an issue where call control sometimes becomes unresponsive after answering a call.
To ensure a smooth deployment, the release is already live in the Acceptant environment. We encourage you to validate and test the changes in this environment before the release date. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please let us know as soon as possible via our support portal: https://supportdesk.anywhere365.net/ .
