Dear Customer

We are in the final steps of finishing up the service window, we are only pending the restarts of the load balanced resources to complete.

This is not within our control but expectation is that it could possibly run a little past the announced service window.

We will update this announcement as soon as it has fully started all the resources.

Dear Anywhere365 customer,

We would like to make you aware of the upcoming update to the Dialogue Cloud Platform.
Due to unexpected recent growth on the platform we have deemed it appropriate to do an emergency expansion of the capacity on the Dialogue Cloud Platform in terms of voice capacity.

Although the timing and short notice are regrettable we are simply moving up an expected Service Maintenance winow which would have been scheduled for Q3 2022 to ensure all customers have capacity in their upcoming peak season.

The Scheduled Maintenance is expected to have downtime of 4 hours and will be target for early hours of Sunday the 31st of July.

This Service is a two part maintenance where the last two Sundays of the month will be the target days to minimize impact. (This is the second service window for this purpose and concludes this capacity increase activity)


This Service Maintenance will affect the follow regions:
APAC EMEA NORA

This Service Maintenance Window will start and end:
31/7/2022 06:00AM UTC - 31/7/2022 10:00AM UTC

We apologize for the short notice, but due to the expected risk of not ensuring capacity and further unexpected lowering of service by not doing it at this time, this service is deemed a high importance Service.
