Dear Anywhere365 Customer & Partner,

We would like to inform you of the upcoming Release Update for Attendant Console for Teams.

This Update will bring a fix for the Desktop Integrator not working as intended with the previous update to ACS for the solution.
This update does not contain changes to, nor change any other part of the software.

When is this change taking place:
Sept 5th 2023 18:00PM UTC

Will there be disruption/downtime during the maintenance window:
Yes, there will be a very brief downtime of up to 5 minutes as the service is restart after the update is applied
