Dear Partners and Customers,

We regret to inform you that we experienced an uptime issue yesterday, impacting a few of our customers.
While we should have communicated this incident promptly, the extent of the impact was initially unclear.

As consequence of this, the service could be affected as follow:

- Not being able to reach some UCCs.
- 408 Request Timeout from your SBC logs to our service.

We have already actioned a resolution on the problem causing these symptoms shortly after it was identified, but shall require to perform a restart on your service to apply the change.
