We would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window for Dialogue Cloud in the EMEA region. During this window, we will update the Interceptor Data Service (IDS) in preparation for the new Bundle release DC2024.02B.
This change will be a regionally rollout and there will therefore be 3 separate status page announcements reflecting the timing of the rollout per region.
Maintenance Details:
Date: Friday, May 09, 2025. Time: 19:00 UTC, 21:00 CET
User Impact: During the maintenance, there will be a brief (up to 15 minutes) period in which the IDS service is restarted. During this time, new calls will not be possible. Existing calls will remain active but experience issues if a call transfer is initiated.
After the maintenance, agents using both Snapper and WebAgent may encounter a configuration conflict with the caller id shown in outbound calls from Teams. Calls made directly from Teams will ignore the “Call on behalf” setting in Snapper and use the UCC endpoint selected in WebAgent.
This behavior only impacts calls made from Teams, and it only affects agents using both Snapper and Webagent simultaneously. We recommend using WebAgent exclusively, as it includes the Snapper functionalities plus additional features.
If transitioning agents to use only WebAgent is not feasible, please reach out to Support. We will be happy to assist in ensuring this change does not impact your daily operations.
Note: Agents using only Snapper or only WebAgent will not experience any change in behavior after the maintenance.
Expected Duration: We have allocated a maximum of 1 hour for this maintenance activity. However, we anticipate that the actual change will be completed within 15min.
