We have been made aware of reports of intermittent performance issues on WebAgent. Our dedicated Cloud Team promptly initiated an investigation and we have not identified any issues originating from our end. Our Dialogue Cloud Services continue to operate smoothly and maintain optimal health.

Symptom: Users may experience slow loading or, in some cases, failing to load altogether after sign-in.

Affected Region: United Kingdom (UK) Our analysis has revealed that this issue specifically impacts customers based in the United Kingdom. The first report was received on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 08:50 UTC. It is important to note that other regions remain unaffected by this anomaly.

Root Cause: Azure Front Door Load Balancer Microsoft has issued an emerging issue notification, attributing the intermittent behavior to their Azure Front Door load balancer(s).
