Update

Dear AnywhereNow Customer & Partner,

During final validation pre-checks in the APAC maintenance window, we identified a condition that does not meet the criteria required for release. As a result, we have decided to postpone the deployments of the new IDS version to next Tuesday.

Dear Anywherenow Customer & Partner,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window for Dialogue Cloud. During this maintenance, we will apply improvements to the Interceptor Data Service (IDS) to resolve an issue that can occur when UCC Services are restarted in bulk. In these cases, the IDS may lock requests, impacting outbound calls

This update is designed to prevent such locking behavior and ensure calls are processed correctly. It will also introduce enhanced logging to help us better understand and trace call behavior in future scenarios

This change will be a regionally rollout and there will therefore be 3 separate status page announcements reflecting the timing of the rollout per region.

Date: Thursday, October 16, 2025
Time: 18:00 UTC / 20:00 CET

User Impact:
During the maintenance, there will be a brief (up to 10 minutes) period in which the IDS service is restarted. During this time, new calls will not be possible. Existing calls will remain active but experience issues if a call transfer is initiated.

Expected Duration: We have allocated a maximum of 1 hour for this maintenance activity. However, we anticipate that the actual change will be completed within 30min.
