Dear Anywhere365 Customer and Partner, (this announcement has been updated to correct the date in the listed dates below)

To address an emergent issue that is currently impacting the majority of our Attendant Console for Teams customers, we will be performing an emergency update to deploy a persistent caching mechanism to address this issue.

The impact scope of this change is as follows:
Only the PcaOmnidirService will be updated. Calling will not be affected.
During the update searching contacts might be returning an error. Invoking a new search will clear the error and retry.

Scope of Change:
Update PcaOmnidirService with latest version.
• Updated deployment type of PcaOmnidirService to use persistent storage for caching, so a restart of the pod will not need a rebuild of the cache.
• Optimization search for contact notes

for the first user to attempt a search for contacts immediately after the change has completed, the search my return an error after timing out or it may simply take longer than expected.
