We would like to inform you of the upcoming emergency release with the following hotfixes for Infinity. - Onboarding process: the PCAidentityservice could run into situations where a service credential could not be created, hindering new deployments. this has now been fixed - V1.7.8 of the presence service includes a fix for the following experienced issue: unable to manually or automatically manipulate agent presence from Webagent for Infinity.
