Dear Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud user,

Yesterday’s maintenance window was completed successfully, without any interruptions of our services.
We have added additional back-end parts to make the platform more stable and to create a widener availability of the platform.

One item was not completed within the limited window we have had yesterday and this needs to done tonight.
Therefore we hereby announce a small maintenance window, of approximately 15 minutes (tonight between 21:00 to 21:15 CEST).
This change only impacts our EMEA based Session Border Controllers, and has therefore impact telephony services in the EMEA region.
