Dear Anywhere365 Customer & Partner,

We would like to bring to your attention this emergency change planned for 05:00AM UTC on March 15th 2024 for the EMEA-WEU Dialogue Cloud V3 Direct Routing environment.

This change will add an additional load balancer between our internal Voice platform components for the outbound stream from Anywhere365 toward our customers.
This change does not require any change or action on the customer or partners part.
This change is being implemented to potentially address a Call related issue experienced by some customers over the past few weeks in the peak period of 09:30AM-11:00PM UTC in EMEA.

What specific call experience will this potentially address:
When a Call is accepted by the agent the caller leg is established and media flows (audio is heard by the Agent), at this point there is a delay of up to 30 seconds for the Agent leg media to be established (audio is not heard by the caller) although the Agent is already an active participant in the call.
