Dear Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud user,

We want to make you aware that starting on 17th of April, 2020, 06:00 CT (13:00 UTC), there will be an emergency network maintenance for approximately 1 hour on the Dialogue Cloud platform in the Chicago data center.

Date and times:
17th of April, 2020, 06:00 CT - 07:00 CT (13:00 UTC - 14:00 UTC)

Expected downtime:
Up to 2 minutes

Reason for this maintenance:
A software issue on our aggregation switch cluster is causing a reduced redundancy at the moment.

Impact:
We will need to upgrade the switch software on our aggregation switches in the Chicago data center. During the software upgrade each aggregation switch will need to be restarted. We will do this in a way to minimize impact to your services, however it is expected that a brief interruption will occur when traffic is failed over from the non-upgraded node to the upgraded note.
