Dear Anywhere Customer and Partner,

We have identified a load balanced resource for call distribution.
A few customers were receiving a 603 sip message from the resource for a number of calls over the platform.

We have already identified the resource and action needed, we have also initiated the action to address the issue.

We will keep updating this message until the issue is fully addressed.
