Dear Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud user,

We want to make you aware that on Sunday November 10th, 2019 at 22:00 UTC, there will be scheduled maintenance for approximately 1 hour on our federation services.

This window will also be used to renew certificates on our federation backend.
Since all presence subscriptions will need to be setup again and therefore the services will be restarted preventively.
A service restart will take about 2 to 3 minutes, in which the UCC cannot be reached.

Our team strives to report these changes at least 10 working days in advance, however, for this change we depend on our supplier and unfortunately we couldn’t announce this sooner.
