Scheduled
Dear Anywhere365 Customer and Partner,

After collaboration and planning with the suppliers involved we are doing an emergency maintenance of the OVOC component for our SBC's , this is a reporting layer that runs on top of the Session Border Controllers and will therefore not be expected to cause or require downtime or cause disruption.

What was needed to be addressed?
OVOC Reporting Component layer needed permissions changed on the mountpoints as they had changed and stopped allowing the backup services to execute within Azure.

Why was this needed?
We needed the backup for an upcoming update of the SBC's themselves which is being assessed for criticality with the suppliers involved.

This notice is simply to notify you that during the Service Maintenance Window is taking place and in this period if there is a disruption it will simply be in the ease of assessment internally in case of analysis being needed from the reporting layer (the data and logs that it uses are handled by the SBCs themselves and will keep running and be available to our Engineers).

Best Regards
