Dear Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud user,

Recently Microsoft released a critical update. In order to maintain a safe and secure Dialogue Cloud environment, we will perform these emergency updates on our Microsoft Windows related servers during the upcoming days.

The team will strive to perform these updates outside of business hours for your UCC’s. They will go over them one by one.

This update requires a reboot of the Windows Server servers and therefore cause downtime for UCC services of approximately 5 minutes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
