Dear Anywhere365 V3 Direct Routing Customer
We want to make you aware that the recurring monthly Service Maintenance window will in June be on Sunday 26th of June.
This is a recurring maintenance window for approximately 2 hours on the Dialogue Cloud platform. The recurring window will always take place during the last weekend of the month. For exact times, please review the table below. This window will be used to update and expand the environment.
During this window all Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud UCC and web applications will be offline.
This Service Window will affect the following regions: EMEA NORA APAC
This Service Window will affect the following platforms: V3 Dialogue Cloud Direct Routing
This Service Window does NOT affect or concern our V2 Federation customers.
